Work as unto the Lord

Our desire when serving the Lord should always be a one of Excellence.Our diligence in every ministry we are involved in should be one that allows Jesus to be glorified because of our labours.I remember working with a carpenter one time who spent a considerable amount of time working on a framed wall for a bathtub.I asked him why he spent so much time making something look so good, on something no one will ever see.He said because i know its there.Let us be as the bible says workmen that needeth not be ashamed.
